Finding the right look to suit women of colour for their wedding day all depends on one major thing. The type of wedding they will be having. A lot of my Black and Asian clients have more than one wedding celebration. The Tradional Wedding & the White Wedding.

The Traditional Wedding tends to have a lot of colour associated with it and many brides like to have their make-up correspond with the colour of their traditionl attire or at least work very well together.

As a Make-up Artist, I would usually discuss with the bride beforehand about the type of wedding she is having and what type of look she would like to have.

We discuss whether there will be a change of attire on thier wedding day and whether the make up look is likely to change to compliment the colours in the next outfit.
